Lighthouse Scholarship Foundation is an independent organization designed to provide financial support to Lighthouse Academia Group of Educational Institutions’ students, faculty, and staff in the form of scholarships, grants, and bursaries. Lighthouse Scholarship Foundation takes its guidance from the Holy Quran, Surat-un-Noor, Ayaah 35,

“Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The example of His light is like a niche within which is a lamp; the lamp is within glass, the glass as if it were a pearly [white] star lit from [the oil of] a blessed olive tree, neither of the east nor of the west, whose oil would almost glow even if untouched by fire. Light upon light. Allah guides to His light whom He wills. And Allah presents examples for the people, and Allah is Knowing of all things.” - [Quran, 24:35])

The Lighthouse Scholarship Foundation’s mission is to illuminate the lives of students through educational success, by removing financial barriers that impede their access to education. Education is a fundamental right that should be afforded to all individuals seeking higher learning in an environment that supports their intellectual and spiritual principles, without financial burdens and restrictions. This funding will allow students, faculty, and staff of diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds to pursue their educational journey on an illuminated path. The board of LSF is committed to upholding and attaining the mission of this foundation.
